To continue to grow, Desroches needed four times the warehouse space, convenient office space and ample parking. One of the company’s main challenges was to have a warehouse with enough height to accommodate specialized equipment and enough space to accommodate sales growth. The warehouse also had to be located in an industrial park with easy access for customers and have several unloading docks.
For its part, SIBR was able to understand the needs and meet the expectations of the client with a configuration adapted to this type of business. A turnkey location and good communication during the renovation and construction work preceded the grand opening.
With this space, Desroches has seen an increase in customers coming to the service counter and a gain in delivery times due to its strategic location. This building has also increased the security of operations and provided ample parking space for trucks and employee vehicles.
