HISTORY

Bruno Roussin was as a leasing agent and real estate administrator, then as vice-president of Immeubles Roussin from 1973 to 1995. With his sales and management skills, he founded Société immobilière Bruno Roussin Inc. in 1996. A family business that he runs with a loyal and efficient team, just like the entrepreneur he is. In 2000, he built 3220 Watt Street, the first high-end industrial building in the Québec City’s Colbert Industrial Park. He also renovated each of its buildings one by one.

Since 2008, the younger generation of the Roussin family has begun taking the helm of the business. Little by little, Virginie, Marie-Sophie, Antoine and Nicolas are working to modernize SIBR’s practices, bring a fresh prespective, and infuse innovative energy into all of the company’s projects.

Today, Société immobilière Bruno Roussin is oriented towards a sustained growth of its assets and regular renovations of its properties.
